How to change the time format display in OE?

My time format displays the month, day, year and then time. How to I get it
to display time then month, day, year?

I suppose you should change your system time.

Not in my control panel. But I remember being asked the format for date and time
when Win 2000 is installing. I wonder how to replicate that input data once the OS
is installed?

Control Panel, "Regional Options" is the location. As for flipping the
date and time in OE, dunno, don't use it and don't encourage others to
use it either.
