How to change the text color/size in a Frontpage navigation link b

How do I change the text color and size in a Link bar that is based on a
navigation structure. I would also like to know how to change the width of
the linkbar I am using Frontpage 2003. Please help!!

Use CSS to style the nav bar (assuming it is text based).

The width of the link bar is determined by the length of each link (the
page titles in Navigation view), the amount of space you give it (it
will wrap if necessary), and the font size used.
