How to change the meeting default duration to 15 minutes

How are you opening the appointment? If the time scale is 15 min, it will
open with that default span, but only if you open it specific ways.
Otherwise it opens with a 30 min. span.

Dave, I am not an MVP (most valuable Primate?) but I have just tried this
and it worked: In your calendar view you have the appointment times down
the left hand side.

right click on these, and there is an option to change the default view to
60, 30, 15, 10, 6, 5 minutes. Click the one you want and your calendar view
will change to show this.

If you then book a meeting the duration changes to the time span shown in
your calendar.

I hope this helps you.
