how to change the font on navigation bar tabs in FrontPage?

I am trying to customize my page, but cannot manipulate the font on the
navigation bar tabs...Is this possible? I'm using a background theme, but am
using a different theme's style on the buttons. I'm using 2003 Front Page.
 
You have to modify the current theme, then save under a new name, remove the old theme and apply the
new modified theme
