How to change the font of the clock in tray? (XP-home)

Thank you "J" for the help with tray icons resizing. You was very helpfull!
 
In Control Panel -> Display -> Appearance
the font settings for "Active Title Bar" controls the settings for

- Active Title Bar
- Inactive Title Bar

which includes the Task buttons and the System Clock on the Taskbar.

enable you to change the size of Captions Buttons again?
