How to change the default background folder image

hello

like subject, i want to change the default background image for a
multimedia files folder. i don't want to do a desktop.ini for any
folder, i just want to change the default image that comes with winxp
for ever.

no, i want to change the default image with one of mine, i dont want to
create every time a desktop.ini file.
