Hello,

I need to save emails to harddisk with different subject then original.
Apparently I can not change subject without saving a message to store first
which is not what I want to do.
I just want to go through all messages, save them to disk and leave them as
it is mailbox store.
What I was doing is issued COPY command of original email, then saved to
disk and then DELETE of that email form mailbox store. The problem now is
that all modified messages are in Deleted Items folder which is not what I
want.
Is there any clean way to save all emails to disk in all folders without
modifying original store?

Thanks,
G

Hi G,

You could do what you are already doing, but before you start, move
all the deleted items already there to another location, do your
thing, empty the deleted items created by your code, then move the
original deleted items back to the folder.

HTH,

Alan.
