Hello,

I would like to know if it is possible to change the default setting of the
"Show Names from the:" Global Address List to a different address list. I
would like to be able to have it default to the "All Users" list instead.

This is in the window that pop's up when composing a new email.

Thanks for your help,

Greg

Hi again,

Sorry, I forgot to add that my clients are Windows 2000, on a Windows 2000
network, running Exchange Server 2000.

Thanks,

Greg

All client are Outlook 2000, except one which is Outlook 2003.

That's nice.
But it's the Outlook version that matters.

In Outlook 2003, open the Outlook Address Book and go to Tools > Options...

Outlook 2000 is so old it has vanished from memory. Do something similar in
Tools > Services > Outlook Address Book.

Can this option be set globally at the exchange server or through group
policy, instead of workstation by workstation?

Now you're asking an Exchange question. I don't use it.
