How to change "Normal" Style?

Ok.. I am newbie, but I scoured through online help and could not figure
this out.

I want to change the properties for the style identified as Normal in the
drop down box of the Style menu bar. When I go to Format/Style and look at
the List: All HTML Tags, none say Normal.

I know this must be easy...

For IE, it's usually enough to just define the styles you
want for the "body" selector.

Styles in Netscape don't cascade in the same way as IE, so
for Netscape you may also need to defines the styles you
want for p, td, and certain other tags your page may
contain.
