I need to move my PST files to another disk / location. How do I tell
Outlook to ignore the default location and to look in another
location?

Thanks.

Just close Outlook, move the .PST files, then restart Outlook. Outlook
will prompt you, when it restarts, to show it where the files have been
moved to.

Thank you, Ben! Now that I have done this, extra (duplicate) folders
are displayed the Folder List. For example, I now have two Outlook
Today listings displayed, two Archive Folders displayed, etc.

How do I remove these? I've tried right-clicking the folders, folder
Properties, and looked under the File menu for any such option.

What if you right-click those folders and choose "Close"?

This worked great! Thank you. But now I need to delete the previous
Personal Folders from appearing in the Folder List because now, after
changing the PST location, there are duplicates of everything.
Right-clicking or the File menu didn't seem to offer any
possibilities.

Help?
