How to change font color in subject line in microsoft outlook

Hi all,
Is it possible to change font color in subject line in
microsoft outlook. Pls tell me the procdedure.

When the reciepent open his outlook..sender's
name ,subject line and date time should appear in red
color in the Inbox.
