How to change DNS properties without logging in?

Hey guys,

I thinks somehow the DNS properties of my win2000 machine is screwed
up and it is not letting me logging in even as local computer. I
installed parallel OS in another drive, which works fine. Is there
anyway I can change the DNS properties of my source OS (either using
this new parallel OS or any other means) to enable me to login?

Thanks a lot for your help.

DNS problems could only interfere with you logging onto the Domain,
not the local computer.

If you can get it to boot you might be able to run PSExed with NetSh.exe as
the command (but it will be a bit tough for you to work out if you have
never used NetShell.)

You will however only be able to do that if you know an Admin name
and pass locally OR the machine can authenticate with the domain
and you use a domain admin account.
