How to change default font color for inline comments

I am able to get the inline comment for replies to insert my name whenever I
reply and type in someone's original message. However, it is defaulting to
dark blue and blends in too close with the black. How can I change the
default font color for the inline comment for Outlook 2003?
 
Tools | Options | Mail Format | Fonts.
