How to change default browser

Go to Start > Run and type: control.exe appwiz.cpl,,3
then hit enter and change your default browser preference.

Go to "Control Panel" select "Add and Remove Program" then select
"Set Programm access and defaults"

I recently had a religious conversion, changing from IE to Firefox. My
experience was, that you install Firefox, it will import all your custom
settings and bookmarks, and ask if you would like it to be your default
browser. You say yes.

BTW, there are some angry, bitter readers on this board who might abuse you
for asking. Screw 'em.
