If you inspect the script at tip 4930 in the 'Tips & Tricks' at
http://www.jsiinc.com, you can see one of the places that the info is stored.
You can try scripting a solution.

Hi Jerold
What I need is to replace the drive letter like from D:
to Z: not the label, the place where you send me is to
replace only the label, if you have any other ideas It
will be apreciated if you can post it

Problem solved

To do this you must run REGEDT32 and change the security
on HKLM\system\current control set\Mounted Devices\ to
administrators full control

run Regedit and go to
HKLM\system\current control set\Mounted Devices\ and
change the CD-ROM letter for the one you want close the
registry

Go back to REGEDT32 and find HKLM\system\current control
set\Mounted Devices\ set the security to administrator
read only close the application and reboot

This works find!
