I accidently changed my regional settings to Chinese(PRC)
for some reason in my Windows 2000 Professional system.
But when I changed it back to English (United States), for
Menu and Dialog, I could only select Chinese, I have no
way to change it back to English.
I checked system language settings, the "Western Europe
and nited States" is selected but grayed.
I also tried to install SP4 and upgrade Windows 2000, but
after upgrading, I still did see options for English.
Does anyone know how to change this settings or have such
experience?
Any help is appreciated.
