how to capture screen and play in flash player

how can i capture my computer screen and have it play as video on the
computer. i want to capture and speak into a microphone that, like a
tutorial. the user can see me click stuff on the computer and hear me
explain what is going on. then have it as video or whatever format so i can
post it and people can play it.
