How to capture image from VHS to WMM trough a super video cable??

Please help me to understand if I can get video images from a VHS into WMM.
Is it posible, do I need a special device besides the super video cable, or
some kind of video card?? I have an IBM t41 laptop computer with windows XP
professionl edition.
