How to capture image from CD-rom movie?

I have a CD-rom presentation that contains a series of stills, with audio
bed, made with some movie software. I want to capture some of the images, but
I have NO idea what to do. I can play in Windows Movie Maker or Windows Media
Player.

Maybe this will help...

If you play the movie in Windows Movie Maker
you will notice a button just below the display
that looks like a Camera. Clicking this icon will
allow you to capture the image on screen and
save it in a folder of your choice as a .jpg.
