I'm very new at this and would like to capture a still picture out of one of
my videos I took. I tried copy but it doesn't work.

Can someone explain who I can do this?

Thanks in advance

Its easy to do in Movie Maker

1.Just import your movie into Movie Maker
2. Select the movie you just imported from the collections (do not drag to
timeline and select it as this will not give as high a resolution picture)
3. Using the Preview monitor controls move the playhead to queue the video
in the preview monitor to the spot where you want the picture taken
4. Press on the Take photo button of the preview monitor.(Picture of a
camera on the lower right of the preview monitor)

You can then name and save the picture to the location you want, it will
also be automatically imported into your Movie Maker collections

You can import your video into MovieMaker and play it from the collection
window. Seek to the frame you want then click the right most icon below the
preview window (it has a picture of a camera). It will allow you save the
current frame as a jpg.
