Two options:
If our PC came with a set of recovery disks then you can use them to return
your PC to how it was when you first bought it - in other words back to
factory conditions. If you don't have recovery disks you PC may have the
recovery options on a hidden partition on the hard drive, so check your PC
manual. The disadvantage with his is that, if you have installed programs
yourself, you will need to install them again yourself, also you will have
to make sue that all your important data is backed up otherwise you will
loose that too.
The second option is the one I use. Purchase the third party imaging
software called Acronis True Image. By using his you can image the whole of
your hard drive to a set of DVDs or a removable hard drive.
