We take digital pictures for insurance purposes. When we
bring them back to the office and open them in the A drive
we can't find a way to brighten the image like we use to
before we had XP installed. Is there anyone that can tell
what to do or where I can find the information on what to
do. Thanks

=====================================
You need a digital image editing program that
has a brightness control.

If you do not have an image editing program, you
can download the excellent freeware IrfanView:

IrfanView 3.85
http://www.tucows.com/preview/194967.html
(get the plug-ins too)

With an image open in IrfanView.....go to.....
Image / Enhance Colors...you will find sliders
for brightness and contrast.
