how to boot the pc using scheduled tasks???

is it possible to boot the PC using scheduled tasks and if
so how then would you log on as a specific user using
schuled tasks????

No, because Scheduled Tasks will be available only when Windows is
running. You can use Scheduled Tasks when you put your computer in
Hibernation mode to re-activate it, but not when the machine is
powered off.
Some BIOSes support booting the computer at a given time. Check the
manual for the machine and the CMOS setup for if such an option is
available on this computer.
