How to block an IP address?

How do I block an IP address from accessing my site? Is this something I can
do with FrontPage, or do I need to get my hosting company to do it?
My hosting company has my site on a share of a Win2000 server with FP
Extensions.
I have googled "block an IP address" but I'm afraid I still don't understand
how to do it!
Any help is most appreciated!

Your host would need to block in in IIS or the firewall.
