How to be a beta tester?

Sorry, I know, that this is the bad area to post this, but I don't now,
where to
post.

What must I do, that I will be a beta tester for Microsoft Windows and
Microsoft Windows Server ?

Im very interested to test this two products but nobody at the Microsoft
Call-Center can give me any information about it.

To whom can I send a candidature?
