I do a backup and all I get back is my emails. How do I do one backup
that saves contacts, sent mail, other folders?

Contacts, sent Items, tasks and calendar ARE in your pst file. They can't be
anywhere else. Unless, you use Exchange server.

For a full backup, simply copy your entire .pst file.

I imported the pST when I used new computer. It only brought back
inbox.

that's the fastest way to a corrupt pst file. have you still got the
original? If so, in Outlook go to File-Open-Outlook Data File and open it
that way.

just leave it - when you open the old pst file, you will be able to copy the
other folders into your current one.

Or, he can make the old PST his delivery location and be back to the exact
data he had before.
