How to back up

How do I "back up" to a floppy, a Subfolder that I call 'Amazing', which I have made up from OE's 'Local Folders' left panel 'INBOX'.

I store there all the rare and unusual mail I get.

Left click on "File" | click "Save as" | tell it where to save.
