Try one of these three methods:
1. Remove the default gateway from those machines - if you are using DHCP,
you can add reservations for those machines and remove the router option.
2. Use ISA/Proxy or another firewall software/device that can block access
by username or group membership.
3. Use RRAS and add input/output filters. For example, you can add multiple
input filters on the internal NIC that accept all traffic from a select
machine (or machines) but only accept traffic that has a destination
address of local NIC from other machines (so that they can communicate with
the SBS server but nothing else beyond that).
