how to avoid reverting to imaging system when printing

Clicking on Print in MS Word produces SaveAs dialog for .mdi file; after
saving in mdi format clicking on Print (now in MS office imaging) produces
the same SaveAs dialog. How to make MS word document to print without all of
this nonsense?

If you want to print to a printer, change the default printer in Windows to
that printer, or change the active printer from the print dialog. You
currently have document imaging set as default.
