How to automatically forward appt to more than one (or two) mailbo

I manage 3 Outlook Mailboxes from my machine: my personal Mailbox, one
labelled Conference Room and another labelled Data Projector. We are using
all Office 2003 and SBS 2003.

The Data Projector mailbox is a recent addition, and was set up identically
to the Conference Room Mailbox.

When an appt is created for the Conference Room, a copy of that appointment
is forwarded to my personal Inbox, so that I can accept on behalf of the
Conference Room from my Inbox, rather than physically going into the
Conference Room Inbox to accept it. If the appt is sent to me and the
Conference Room, I receive 2 appt requests in my Inbox: 1 for me, 1 for the
Conference Room.

I had hoped that this would work exactly the same way for the Data
Projector; however, no matter what we seem to do, the best we can get is a
copy of the Conference Room appt sent to my personal Inbox, but no copy for
the Data Projector appt (ie: to accept a booking for the Data Projector, I
have to go into the Data Projector Inbox). This is not the ideal situation,
as I have quite a long folder list and don't always remember to scroll down
to check if there are any appointments waiting to be accepted for Data
Projector.

Does anyone know how we might fix this? We have checked every single
setting for User Management in SBS 2003, and every single setting within the
actual mailboxes/inboxes and can't see any difference between the 2, but they
don't behave identically!

A better method for setting up resources is found here:

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, Nerida asked:

Thanks for the tip, Milly, but we've tried this before (and I just tried it
again - following quite precisely the instructions given) and it behaves
exactly the same way as it does for inviting the DP as a delegate, ie: as I
described it below.
