How to autodial RAS & redial on lost connection......

I have a win2k server wich uses a PPTP dialup connection to the Internet.
Would like to configure it as always on, thus autodialing at startup &
redial when connection is lost.

Stuffing a rasdial command in batch file and execute it at startup with the
task scheduler isn't the best of life, cause if the line drops you're
stuck.

Also don't want to activate RRAS just for this job; it may conflict with my
routing software (CHX).

Is there any utility that does the job, as a service?

Two things:
(1) For making sure you establish the connection during computer start-up,
you can have auto-dialing at start-up as you mentioned.
(2) If you are using the native windows dialer, make sure that the 'Redial
if the line is dropped' checkbox is selected on the Options tab of Property
page. Also make sure 'Save Password' option is checked.

Where do you set this property?

Thanks
