How to assign a price and hypelink to ea size of a drop down menu

I want to sell t-shirts in 4 sizes, 3 of which are the same price and the 4th
is a different price. If I put a drop down menu in with each size available
is there a way to assign each size with it's own price and hyperlink to the
shopping cart? If not any suggestions on how to do this.
 
I should think the store front/shopping cart you're using would have that
feature.
