How to apply custom view to all folders in OL2003?

I like the ability to customize the view for each folder in Outlook 2003, but for some reason I cannot seem to find an option to apply a current folders view to all of the folders -- like the way you do within the Windows Explorer. Is this possible? Thanks.
 
that option does not exist. you'll need to customize the Messages view for
it to apply to all folders.
