I have a query that I started with the only criteria in
the report being Date Range and a field to count the
number of records in that date range. The result is one-
record showing 32779. That's the big number.
As I add fields, I want to always insure that the results
add up to 32779. It's a sort of loose way of insuring I'm
not skewing the data as I add tables and make joins and
such. )It's already helped me find duplicate records on
one table.) As I add fields the number of records grows.
There's no quick way to add them up. I either have to copy
and paste the field with the counts to excel and add it
there, or use a calculator. Is there a way I can have it
show my results in the dataset and also tell me the sum.
