how to allow to read, but not modify, copy or print

I have a Windows 2000 Pro machine that I want to set up several files on that
can be accessed and read, but not modified, copied or printed, is this
possible and if so how?

Not with the given scenario.
If there is more to the scenario - give it.

(If I can see it on the screen - I can get a copy of it somehow.)
 
First thing is to post to the proper group, this one is for XP, try a
Windows 2000 group.
