How to allow defrag for users ?

Hi everybody,

I would like to know if it's possible to allow
the "Everybody"'s group to launch a defrag on win2k,
because it tells me that I "need the admin rights to
defrag this drive" (it may be different because I've got a
French win2k.

No, you need to be an administrator or know administrator credentials. ---
