How to add text to scanned document

I scanned a proposal to powerpoint. Can not figure out how to add text to
that form. I can only get a text box, and that is not what I want. Any
suggestions. Thanks Alot

Using text boxes is your best choice. Or maybe you could use a table with
invisible lines. Because after scanning your text is no longer text but a
picture. If you need editable text, you have to use an OCR program (but you
will lose most of the formatting then.)
