How to add signature in outgoing mail in msn

This is the third time that I have posted a question and got no response. If anyone knows the answer please let me know. All I want to do is add an image in my outgoing mail

Not sure if the code is written the same was as a web tv or different.

In Outlook Express,
Go to tools, options, signature,
Click New, to open all the boxes,
Edit your signature and or,
browse to your image,

You will need to experiment with it.
