How to add Oem Logo

Hello friends, l am triing to configure computer properties tab on "my
computer" and l want to add Oem logo there. l made a logo named
"Oemlogo.bmp" and l copy it to "System32" folder. Its size is 182x114 and it
doesnt work. How can l? Need advice; thanks...

You will need to make a oeminfo.ini file too to tell it where to go. Have
you made that?
