how to add music sound to outlook express email

My question is: How to add custom sound track music to my
outlook express email, from my own Cd track sounds. And
not from the choices from the media player.
 
A custom soundtrack? Are you trying to send an e-mail with audio in it?
you need to use something like WMP9 and rip the audio off your CD's and then
send them to whoever you wish.

NOTE: Most ISP will not allow you to send e-mails with large audio or other
files attached.

If anyone tried to send me an e-mail like that, they'd get banned!
