How To Add Item Under Vertical Link Bar

I have a page with a vertical link bar along the left-hand side.
There is a lot of wasted space under the link bar that I'd like to
use, by addling in WeatherMagnet from www.weatherchannel.com. How can
I add this in below the existing links; also, how can I specify that
this should only appear on the home page, and not be repeated on every
page, as is the link bar?

You would need to use FP Include Page component, instead of Shared Borders.
