I'm trying to develop a form that will be automatically populated if a
certain field in another form is 'Yes'. Therefore I built a query that pulls
this information and then I built a form from this query. However, now I
need to be able to add additional information to this form that was developed
from the query and it wont let me. Can this be done?

Have you added the additional data to your query? What do you mean by "it
won't let me?"

I have added the additional data-some combo boxes and some text boxes. It
wont let me type in the text boxes or choose from the combo boxes.

OK, but if the information is not in the query, then it won't let you do
anything with that query. When you select View>Field List, are the fields
you want to edit visible in the list?

Your query seems to have not pasted in well enough so that it can be seen in
my newsreader (all I see is quoted text clipped)

I guess that's what my problem is...my query only contains the fields I'm
populating from Form 1. The additional fields I have added is what I want to
comment within. It wont let me type in any of these fields.

I'm new to all of this.

That's my problem...I can't get it to update the table. I want when 'Yes' is
chosen from a combo box that certain fields from the form they are in will
automatically populate in another table/form.

I know I can't explain myself very well.

I can add those fields to the query, but that's not going to update the table.

I seem to have lost track...what's your query again?
