how to add filigran in word documents?

Take a digital Photo of the Filigran, download it to your computer and then
insert it into your document using Insert, Picture, From File...

I'm not sure but Google returned 306,000 finds.
 
I'll defer to your and Terry's superior knowledge. It just struck me as
likely a typo. I still can't see why someone would be trying to get it into
a Word doc.

I assumed the user meant a picture of one - but then you may be correct or
it is something that none of us have heard about!
