'Recently bought a new eMachines computer that came with
Windows XP. When first turning on the computer, it
requires going through an XP setup process, which I did,
but at the time I had no email address. Now I have one
and need to know how to go back and put it in.

Any suggestions?

.
Go to START -- Control Panel -- Network Connections --
then click on "Create a New Connection" and follow
instructions page by page. You need your username,
password, and server (i.e. telus.net)

That's setting up a dial-up, NOT an email address.

Hi Chris,

Which email account do u use? Hotmail or others?

I'm a new user too and recently I managed to link my hotmail acct. to Outlook Express so that I do not have to sign in to Hotmail to read my msg. If u r using hotmail, maybe I can type here the steps.
