How to add domain user in the power user group

Hi ALL
How can a domain user be added to the power user group of
a system.
Kindly help
 
Log in as an ADIM and then right click "my computer",
navigate to "manage" and then to "users and groups" - And
then to "groups" and "power users". Click add and then add
the person in. It should show up as "domain name/userID"
with your added persons information. Hope this helps.
