how to add custom corporate color to color palettes in MS Office?

We have customized colors. I would like to add these colors to the Microsoft
Office color palettes that shows up across the board in OFFICE. How can I do
that without having to make the change every time I begin a new document, etc?
 
Save the colour in a character or paragraph style.

You need to incorporate your colours in a Theme in Office 2007. Earlier
versions do not have the capability.
