How to add calendar and time to desktop

When viewing certain themes from StyleXP, there is an applet on the desktop
that displays the time and calendar. Where do you get this applet from? Is
it within XP? How do you get the time and calendar on the desktop?

I use the background from www.hallmark.com.
changes each month. download from website on first day.
includes moveable clock and calendar. the interactive
one has animation and sound. Requires flash player 7
however.
 
Rainlender for the calendar
SysMatrix (or somethign to that effect) for the time
