How to add an new email address to contact

Hi,
When I reveive a new mail and want to add the address of sender to the
outlook contact, I'll click the right button on the email address and add it
to the contact.
However, I have several contact folders. The new address will be added to
the "Contacts" folder. If I want to add the new address to another contact
folder, what can I do?
I think the default contact folder if "Contact". Is there anywhere to set
the default contact folder to another folder?

The Contact Record provides you the option to move the Contact to another
folder when you save it.
 
Version of outlook? On the file menu of an open contact form is a move to
command - use it instead of Save.
