how to add a horizontal guide when it shows only a vertical guide

Hi,

For some reason I don't know, my slide shows only a vertical guide but not a
horizontal guide.

How can I show a horizontal guide?

I'd appreciate your help.

Try zooming out of the slide (lets say 33%) and see if the horizontal guide
is there.
