How to activate WindowsXP professional

Is there any ways to activate windows XP professional
without connecting to internet? Now I can't go into the
window. Pls help me.
 
Boot the system, start tapping F8, when the menu appears, select Safe Mode,
if you are asked for a user and ID, use Administrator, leave the password
blank and press enter. Then run the activation routine, if you can't get
onto the Internet, choose activate by phone, it will give you a phone number
to call.

You have to do it by phoning in 'manually' Start Start - All Programs -
Accessories - System Tools - Activate Windows, take the option to
activate by phone, then phone a toll-free number that will be given, to
swap one long number for another to check back as you type it in
